There are no signs outside Little Red Door, but behind that signature crimson entrance (a nod to Prohibition-era speakeasies) lies one of Paris's coolest bars. The cosy space features brick walls, flickering candles and furniture sourced from London, including surprisingly comfortable armchairs. Since summer 2024, it has been run by Hugo Gallou and Hyacinthe Lescoët, co-founders of The Cambridge, Paris. Take a seat at the red marble counter to watch the energetic team at work on the Agri/Culture menu, where 11 cocktails each translate a farming method into flavour. Try Carbone, which pairs red beetroot and black garlic with smoked gin and Armagnac, or Aquaponie – a fresh mix of basil, lemon zest, elderflower liquer and vodka.
