Mixology, gastronomy and live music under one industrial roof

Located in a former textile warehouse in central Milan, Moebius Milano is a multi-faceted space that seamlessly fuses mixology, fine dining, design and music under one soaring industrial roof. Founded in 2019 by Lorenzo Querci, the venue takes its name and aesthetic inspiration from the surrealist sci-fi artwork of Jean Giraud (pen name Moebius). Designed by Studio Q-Bic, the impressive space contrasts raw iron and exposed brick with warm timber, centred around an astounding 700-year-old Andalusian olive tree that spans two floors and serves as the living heart of the building.

At the centre of this dynamic concept is the ground-floor cocktail bar, overseen by bar manager Giovanni Allario. Backed by a soaring concrete back bar holding more than 300 curated spirits, the bartending team crafts culinary-minded cocktails that prioritise bold flavours and approachable elegance. Popular signature drinks include the Pesto Martini – a savoury blend of vodka, white balsamic and house-made basil pesto – and the indulgent Seed Negroni, infused with toasted pumpkin seeds and cream.

Unsurprisingly, a bar offering culinary cocktails will also have standout food. Moebius' main dining option is based on globally influenced sharing plates, best enjoyed during one of the weekly live jazz, bossa nova or soul performances (vinyl enthusiasts will also appreciate the in-house record store). For those looking for a quieter vibe and more delicate flavours, there is Moebius Sperimentale, an elevated glass-enclosed fine-dining restaurant suspended above the main room, led by acclaimed chef Enrico Croatti. Combining exceptional drinks, elevated cuisine and artistic design, Moebius delivers an unparalleled Milanese night out
