Long known as one of Antwerp's most difficult-to-book tables, its closure and subsequent reopening following a change in location in October 2025 has welcomed a new era for The Jane. From its iconic former chapel spot in the Groen Kwartier to Antwerp's historic harbour district, the kitchen team's meticulous cuisine is now housed in a redeveloped warehouse complex. Like the minimalist architecture showcased in the new space, the menu is restrained, showcasing flavours through fermentation, Japanese influences and pristine produce. Dishes on the The Jane at Noon, The Jane's Experience and The Jane's Signature menus range from Gobbetto prawns with foie gras and Akitakomachi rice to old dairy cow beef with black sesame and celeriac. Expect a memorable dining experience framed by attentive service, bespoke dishware and well-balanced flavours.
