It's always a challenge for a sequel to live up to the original, yet the second iteration of Three Sheets achieves just that. Following the success of their Dalston bar, brothers Max and Noel Venning brought their trademark mix of technical precision and neighbourhood warmth to Soho in 2024. Across the sleek marble bar, the team serves a tightly curated menu of inventive twists on classics, including the celebrated gin-based French 75. Newer signatures include the Sazzaquack, a Chinese spice-infused Sazerac served with a playful glass duck at the bottom of the tumbler. Thanks to licensing laws, food service is mandatory at this location, though that's hardly a hardship. Menai oysters with pickled cucumber and house hot sauce, alongside an elevated chip butty, make ideal companions to the complex cocktails.
