La Estampida Signature Beef is the premium beef programme of Grupo La Estampida, a family business founded in Trujillo, on the northern coast of Peru, by brothers Alfonso and Marcos Rebaza.

Since 2014 the group has built a fully integrated operation that controls every stage of the process: breeding, feeding, dry-ageing, butchery and fire. Its cattle is Criolla Peruana, raised in the valleys of the north. In 2025 that work earned the Gold Medal at the World Meat Championship in Buenos Aires in the grain-fed striploin category, competing against more than 110 samples from over 30 countries, the first international distinction of its kind for Peruvian beef.

Signature Beef is the seal under which that cattle reaches the table. It is served at the group's La Estampida and Don Eduardo restaurants in Trujillo and Lima, and supplied to chefs and specialist retailers across the country.
